At its core, energy healing is the practice of opening and balancing the body's energy centers — the chakras — to restore the natural flow of life force that moves through all living things. Bowls and other instruments create a resonant field that supports the chakras in releasing what's been held and receiving what's been missing: accessing layers that thought and talk don't always reach.
