Energy and Spiritual Healing- Reiki and Sound

Every thought, feeling, and action carries energy. Reiki works with that energy, drawing on the Universal Life Force that moves through all living things, to release what's stuck and restore what's been depleted.
In a Reiki session with sound, blocked or stagnant energy is gently cleared, allowing your body and nervous system to settle into a deeper state of rest, create balance in your body, and allow you to tap into your spiritual gifts. Many people find it a meaningful support for anxiety, worry and fear, as well as a way to clear their energetic channels.
Reiki works with the body's own natural healing intelligence, rather than overriding it. People often leave sessions feeling clearer, more grounded, and more fully themselves.
In our session together we'll discuss any energy blocks or discomfort you're feeling and set an intention. You'll then experience a relaxing session with both sound and energy work that can feel deeply meditative and restorative. After that session we'll touch base on anything that came up for you and the practitioner so you have even more clarity before you leave.

Sound Baths
We offer sound baths at our location in Tacoma, and also can create a custom sound bath for an event.
A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants are immersed in ambient, resonant sounds from instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs. Its primary benefits include deep stress relief, nervous system regulation, and improved mood. What is Energy Healing and Is it For Me?
At its core, energy healing is the practice of opening and balancing the body's energy centers — the chakras — to restore the natural flow of life force that moves through all living things. When that flow is clear, something opens up. Intuition sharpens. A sense of peace settles in. Clarity and direction that felt out of reach become available again. Reiki channels Universal Life Force energy through gentle touch (or no touch at all), working with your energetic system to reconnect you with the strengths and spiritual gifts that are already yours.
Sound deepens that work. Bowls and other instruments create a resonant field that supports the chakras in releasing what's been held and receiving what's been missing: accessing layers that thought and talk don't always reach. Many people also find that as their energy centers open and rebalance, the things that have felt heavy begin to shift: anxiety, worry, chronic discomfort, the patterns of coping that have quietly taken up residence.
If you've found yourself drawn to spiritual work or energy healing without quite being able to explain why, that instinct is worth following.
