1:1 & Small Group Psilocybin Journeys

You've been taking care of everything and everyone. What would it mean to finally take care of yourself?

These journeys are designed for women (inclusive of cis and trans women, and gender-expansive folks with a feminine experience) who carry a lot: careers, caregiving, expectations, the endless mental load. Rarely do they have uninterrupted time devoted to their own clarity, growth, or joy.

Why psilocybin?

When approached with intention, psilocybin is a remarkably effective tool for exactly this kind of inner work. Research points to its ability to reduce depression and anxiety, support neuroplasticity by forming new neural pathways, and quiet the overactive mental chatter that keeps so many women stuck in survival mode. It supports a quality of self-reflection that's hard to access in ordinary life, and for women navigating hormonal shifts, there's emerging evidence that psilocybin may support emotional regulation and mood in ways that feel genuinely restorative. Many women describe it as finally being able to hear themselves again.

You don't need a mystical calling or a life crisis. Just the awareness that you want and deserve more space than your daily routine allows. If you'd like to explore the research and safety considerations before taking the next step, my downloadable guide is a good place to start.

Group Journeys

Small group journeys offer a balance of personal depth and collective grounding. Groups can be formed by you, or I can help connect participants when available, ensuring everyone feels supported.

What To Expect

Your experience is guided from beginning to end: preparation, a well-structured journey day, and integration afterward. I handle the planning, logistics, and pacing so you can focus entirely on your inner experience. The guidance is steady, respectful, and non-directive, giving your experience room to unfold in its own way.

Every journey is tailored to you, and pricing is offered on a sliding scale to keep this work accessible. If cost feels like a barrier, let's talk. It's important to me that we find a way to make it work.

01

Initial Consultation (20–30 minutes, free)

A low-pressure conversation where we’ll talk through your goals, questions, health history, and what a journey actually looks like.
If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we’ll schedule your intake session.

02

Intake Session (60–75 minutes)

Now that we’ve confirmed this is a good fit, this session sets the foundation for your journey. We’ll go over your medical history, understand the context you’re coming from, and make sure you feel informed and supported as we move forward.

03

Preparation Sessions (2-3 sessions, 50 mins each)

Preparation sessions focus on what matters most: clarifying your intentions, reviewing the structure of the psilocybin journey, and building a working relationship so you feel grounded, informed, and supported going into your session.

04

Medicine Journey (5-8 hours)

During your journey, you’ll have a stable, caring environment and a facilitator you already know and trust. I’m by your side throughout the experience, there to offer what you need when you need it. Everything is structured so you can feel secure enough to let the experience be truly yours.

05

Integration Sessions (1–3 sessions, 50 minutes each)

After your journey, integration gives you structured time to process what came up and apply it in a meaningful way. We’ll talk through your experience, identify what feels important, and explore practical steps that support whatever clarity, relief, or change is emerging. The goal is to help the experience take root in your everyday life.

Pricing

Every experience is tailored to your needs, and pricing is offered on a sliding scale to keep this work accessible and equitable. Package and group pricing are available. Group pricing, package pricing, and equity pricing can create large variations in costs. Once we've had a consultation a firm pricing structure will be discussed.
